Yes. A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is included on all plans. You can execute the BAA during onboarding or at any time from your account settings. No additional fee.
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen plan tier. After the trial, you choose whether to continue with a paid plan. No auto-charge without confirmation.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Group Practice plans are also available with annual billing at a discount. No cancellation fee.
EHR integration (athenahealth, Epic, SimplePractice, TheraNest, TherapyNotes) is included in the Group Practice plan. Professional plan includes a manual export option for practices not yet ready for API integration. We're considering adding EHR integration to Professional — contact us if that's a priority for your practice.
Per clinician refers to active clinicians who see patients and have intake workflows. Administrative staff (front desk, billing) are not counted as clinicians. If your clinician count changes, billing adjusts at the next billing cycle.
42 CFR Part 2 substance use data handling configuration is available on Professional and Group Practice plans. This allows your clinical director to configure how SUD-related intake data is handled separately from general mental health intake data.
